Envirorisk assists with reporting requirements for hazardous site inventory (HSI) sites. In many instances, Envirorisk encounters properties during the assessment stages that require rapid clean-up or assistance with waste classification, transport and disposal. In other circumstances a property may have shallow contamination in soil or otherwise low site scores that could allow them to be excluded from regulatory reporting. Envirorisk will assist in evaluation options for a property to determine if a potential HSI listing can be avoided and if not, prepare appropriate notification and documentation in accordance with hazardous site response act (HSRA) protocols.
