Get to Know Me
Ken is the co-owner of Envirorisk Consultants, Inc., an environmental firm he founded in 1996. He is a Registered Professional Geologist (GA, AL, FL, TN, & SC) with over -25- years of wide ranging environmental experience. He also founded Eden Remediation Services in 2013 which offers specialty subsurface remediation including in-situ and ex-situ chemical (oxidation/reduction/emulsification) and enhanced bioremediation solutions.
Ken has extensive experience in remedial design and implementation (AS/SVE, MPE, Vacuum-enhanced Pump-and-Treat, ISCO, ISCR, and Soil Blending) and has obtained closure status on hundreds of sites in his career. He pioneered the use of ISCO in the southeast along with other innovative remediation injection technologies. He also developed treatability protocols and directed research and development in various oxidant and oxidant-aerobic chemistries.
Ken also has other unique experience in oxidant treatability evaluations, risk assessments, property assessments/rapid Brownfield clean-ups, geotechnical/Level 3 soil surveys, and asbestos and lead inspections/abatement oversight. He is a frequent conference speaker and is dedicated to bettering the field of environmental subsurface remediation.
